Happy Birthday Braxton

Its Official, our first born baby boy is now 3!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it. He sure does act like a 3 year old. Into Thomas the train, and with the help of Daddy, starting to get into Sports. He is all boy. We had a great Thomas the Train birthday party for him with all of our family and friends there to help celebrate. The kids loved hitting the pinata, even little Brennon and Carter, who knew exactly what to do, so cute.......They all played together all night, and with all the cousins, being about the same age, and almost all boys, it was really cute to see how they will grow up together. Braxton knew it was his party, and when people were leaving, he told them "thanks for coming to my Thomas party." It was really cute. Best of all, we had lots of food, cake, pinata candy, and people that we love and care about to share the joy with. Thank you to everyone for all the amazing gifts for Braxton, especially to Ti-Ti, there is nothing like a 3 year old driving down the street in a Ford F150 with Brother in tow managing the radio........But, most of all, just being there with us was gift enough.

On another note, in case some of you have not heard, Baby #3 is officially another boy!!!!! We are so thrilled to add another member to the bruiser brothers gang. With them all being about a year apart, there is going to be nothing better, then 3 brothers growing up together. We are now working on names and as soon as we decide we will let everyone know. We have narrowed it down to 3: Brogen, Bryson, and Blake, of course its another "B" The middle name is a little more difficult, we are totally stumped on that one..........

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to Everyone, and we all hope 2010 will bring great joy and happiness. As you all know we are expecting #3 in May of 2010, so this year is particularly exciting for the Gunter's. I am doing well, getting bigger by the day, and am preparing myself for another big baby. I blame genetics for that. It is amazing how even on the 3rd child, feeling it move and doing aerobics in my belly still blows me away. Brett got to feel the baby the other night, so it is now officially big enough to let its presence known to rest of the world. I hope you are ready for this kid, you got 2 big brothers full of spice and vinegar to deal with........

On another note, we had a wonderful holiday season. It all started out with my baby sister turning 30, Wow, that makes me feel old, well at least 2 years older. After that, we were in full Santa Mode. We went to the Thornton Winterfest which is where they make the Soccer fields at the Thornton Rec Center into a Winterwonderland, with hundreds of trees, Santa's Village and the big man himself. We visited the Orchard many times to ride the train that they have, and which the boys now know is there, and every time we go they ask for the Choo-Choo. And after watching The Polar Express so many times that our DVD now skips, we baked some cookies for Santa. Braxton really liked putting the "sauce" (a.k.a. sprinkles) on the homemade sugar cookies. Brennon thought it was more fun to just shake the bottle and let them go flying everywhere. Needless to say, we are still cleaning up sprinkles. We tried to get the boys to sit on Santa's lap this year, and Braxton told me to "Stop it Mommy, NO!" Apparently we really traumatized him from last year. And on Christmas Morning when we told Braxton that Santa had come to his house and would he like to go see what Santa brought him, he started to cry and said NO!!!! He thought Santa was in our house.......But we did make it down and the boys opened all their presents, and enjoyed every minute of it. They are truly loved, spoiled and we are blessed to have so many caring people in their lives.

Brett and I were able to take a few days off together in between Christmas, and New Year's and were able to play with the boys. We went to Little Monkey Buziness, that is actually how it is spelled, and let the boys run wild. They loved it. I highly recommend it to any parent needing to burn off some energy of their child. There is something there for everyone of all ages. I ended up getting a cold over New Year's so it was very hard for me to stay up until Midnight, but we did. We saw the ball drop and went to bed. (hehehe) But not before we let the boys do some poppers in the house, we had and still do, streamers all over us and house. We are still finding some. All in all it was a great Holiday season, with all of my B's..............
